Pail Washer has controller that monitors a series of relays and contacts to verify proper liquid levels, flows, pressures, container security and proper grounding, before starting the cycle.  Any problem or fault condition is diagnosed in time and clearly displayed on the pail washer control panel to ensure operator safety and ease of operation.  The pail washer system automatically shuts off in the event of any fault condition or at the end of the cycle. The high impingement jet spray technology can even remove cured resins and paints. Vapor tight lid is naturally used to ensure vapor containment. The standard features of pail washers to ensure maximum operator safety are interlocked lid, secure sensors, and ground proving switches.
